Two of the most affordable new condo and loft projects in Denver’s Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood!

As many of you know, New Era Realty recently opened a new office in Denver’s Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood.  With one of the highest walkable scores in Denver, located only steps from Downtown Denver and LoDo, LoHi is becoming one of the top neighborhoods for loft and condo dwellers (Denver’s trendy LoHi).  Area restaurants including Lola, Vita, Forest Room 5, Colt and Gray, LoHi SteakBar and Z Cuisine, just to name a few, make LoHi a culinary delight.  With new loft and condo projects springing up everywhere around our office (with many fetching some of the highest prices in Denver), we set out to locate some affordable options for the first-time buyer or buyer on a more limited budget.  These two new LoHi loft and condo projects are must-see’s if you don’t want to break the bank!

We have been talking a great deal about all the great new high rise buildings for lofts and condos throughout downtown Denver and the surrounding areas. Today we want to talk about one of our favorite neighborhoods which is the Lower Highlands (you may know it as LoHi).

The LoHi area has been a favorite among buyers for quite some time with it’s walkable streets and pocket parks. We work with many buyers and this neighborhood has an appeal for everyone. The northwest corner of 24th & Bryant, in the Jefferson Park Neighborhood, is the site of the Metroview Urban Living Townhomes.  Completed in 2007, the development consists of 8 units ranging from 1,215 square feet to 1,975 square feet.   It is said to have a modern Zen appeal, and most of the units have 500 square foot roof top decks!

The Highlands in Denver are by far one of the most exciting neighborhoods to watch.
